Dr. Rodriguez has lived in Knoxville for over 30 years. After graduating from Christian Academy of Knoxville, he attended Wheaton College and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Economics. Dr. Rodriguez continued his education at The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where he received his DDS degree. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville. Dr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.

Beyond his work at the office, Dr. Rodriguez is passionate about his involvement in dental outreach programs in the United States and South America. Dr. Rodriguez is fluent in Spanish and has a heart for serving the Latino community in Knoxville and surrounding areas.

Dr. Felton is originally from Central Florida, and after graduating high school she attended The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She was a letterman swimmer for the Lady Volunteers from 1997-2001 and received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and minor in Business. She continued her education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she received her DMD degree. She completed a General Practice Residency program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville, following dental school. Dr. Felton is a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
